Gordian Transformation Partners and Infinis Incorporated Announce Collaboration
Agreement Provides Customers Improved Performance, Measurable Results
COLUMBUS, Ohio and ATLANTA [June 14, 2004] – Gordian Transformation Partners Inc. and Infinis Incorporated have announced a formal collaboration agreement. The partnership combines Gordian’s strengths in improving business performance with Infinis’ capabilities to develop corporate performance applications that monitor and model the effectiveness of new business strategies.

Through the partnership, Infinis and Gordian will develop customized solutions for each customer. For example, the organizations are working with a Fortune 500 manufacturing organization that is having difficulty defining its true cost of doing business. Prior to the project, it was common for separate business units to be working with the same customer and not be aware of the other business unit activities. The company also lacked a mechanism to effectively price its products and service contracts as this information was never adequately tracked. Infinis and Gordian are developing a solution that allows the manufacturer to create an integrated view of its customer relationships across the business units, as well as measure and monitor key business performance indicators to immediately implement change.
