The requirement to maintain
a sound business focus, and the discipline to ensure appropriate
decisions are taken as necessary, is the value added component that
Gordian brings. Enterprise transformation initiatives often evolve
into the largest investment an organization can make. The undertaking
may ultimately involve significant expenditures for infrastructure,
software and professional services, as well as management time and
other company resources. While the benefits will almost certainly
outweigh the costs, a structured approach which considers and balances
both financial and human resources impacts is the only logical methodology
to put in place beginning on the first day. The decisions made during
this transformation formulation, will not only dictate the future
of the enterprise transformation initiative, they will by definition,
shape the future of the organization. The necessity for executive,
management, and associate involvement and commitment MUST be set
at this point. It is imperative that the correct skills and knowledge
are focused on establishing the foundation required. A critical

the roadmap to the End State, and the organization clearly understands

on any outcome.
